We are a pet-friendly community with the following guidelines:

Pets must be approved by management. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Huskies, and any breed considered aggressive by state or local officials.

There is a maximum adult weight limit of 30 pounds per pet. Each apartment may accommodate a maximum of two (2) pets.

Fees associated with pets include a non-refundable administration fee of $500 per pet and a monthly "pet rent" ranging from $15 to $55 per pet, determined by a FIDO score through PetScreening.

Pets must provide proof of current vaccinations, documentation of their fully grown weight, and breed verification.

Prohibited animals include rodents, ferrets, and any animals not explicitly allowed under this policy.

Each applicant must bring their pet(s) to the office for a photo to be added to their file.
